Fresh spy shots have unveiled the appearance of the 2026 Audi SQ7, a new model that is part of the 2026 lineup alongside the Audi Q7. The SQ7 will compete against premium models like the BMW X7 and Mercedes GLS. From the images, it is clear that the SQ7 will feature a sporty quad exhaust system, indicating its high performance capabilities. Additionally, this SUV is equipped with stylish wheels and enhanced braking systems.
The overall design remains largely consistent with previous versions, featuring a wide front grille and a broader lower air intake. It also incorporates split lighting units and hidden door handles, reminiscent of the Ford Mustang Mach-E. Notably, earlier Q7 versions had traditional door handles.
While a clear view of the interior design is not yet available, the SQ7 is expected to follow in the footsteps of the Q6 e-tron. If so, it may feature an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.5-inch infotainment system, and a 10.9-inch front passenger display.
The current SQ7 is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine, producing 500 horsepower and 769 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and standard Quattro all-wheel drive. This powertrain allows the three-row crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just four seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h. It remains unclear whether the V8 engine will continue to be offered in the new model, with a hybrid variant possibly being introduced in the future.
