In China, the silhouette of the ZEEKR 007 station wagon has emerged from the shadows, building excitement for its official launch in 2025. This station wagon inherits design elements from the NIO ET5 Touring and is built on the advanced SEA platform with an 800-volt high-voltage system. ZEEKR, a rising brand supported by Geely, has introduced several models since its establishment in 2021, including the 001, ZEEKR X, and ZEEKR X7. In June 2024, ZEEKR revealed its upcoming product line, planning to launch five new electric luxury models in the next two years. Among them, the eagerly anticipated ZEEKR 007 station wagon has already been spotted in China.
The ZEEKR 007 station wagon was seen covered in heavy camouflage. However, the 19-inch four-spoke wheels and 245/45 Michelin tires were easily recognizable. Its unique sloping roofline and D-pillar design, combined with the slender rear lights, showcase a blend of sporty passion and elegance.
Chinese designer Sugar Design has created vivid concept images of the car based on leaked spy shots, revealing its sporty appearance with a contrasting-colored roof and a large rear wing, while the front end continues ZEEKR's latest Hidden Energy design language crafted by master designer Stefan Sielaff.
While exact specifications of the new vehicle have not been disclosed, its dimensions are expected to match those of the ZEEKR 007 sedan, which measures 4880/1900/1488 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2928 mm. The new station wagon is likely to offer two powertrain options: rear-wheel drive with 310 kW or 415 hp, and all-wheel drive with 475 kW or 636 hp, supporting a 75 kWh LFP battery or a 100 kWh NMC battery.
Although the exact launch date has not been revealed, the ZEEKR 007 station wagon has already begun road testing, expected to debut in China in the first half of 2025, with a pre-production model likely to make its first appearance early next year.
