Following yesterday's recalls involving Honda and Jaguar vehicles, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce has announced another recall today.
This recall includes 3,611 units of the 2024 and 2025 Mazda CX-90 and CX-60 models. The ministry clarified that the reason for this recall is a defect in the vehicle's programming, which could lead to the failure of several systems within the car.
This includes the potential for engine failure, defroster malfunction, seatbelt indicator issues, and 360-degree vision system failure, all of which significantly increase the risk of accidents.
The ministry urged owners of affected vehicles to verify if their vehicle identification number is included in the recall through the website Recalls.sa, and to get in touch with the Mazda dealer in Saudi Arabia, Haj Hussein Ali Redha & Bros, to carry out the necessary updates at no cost.
