After nearly five years, Peugeot has finally introduced the refreshed look of its mid-size truck, the Landtrek. This vehicle not only undergoes minor tweaks in its exterior but also upgrades in its interior and powertrain.

The new 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine option injects fresh energy into this truck, showcasing remarkable performance. Visually, the Landtrek's front end is completely revamped, complemented by Peugeot's latest logo, making it more eye-catching.

The chrome accents have been replaced with a dark mesh design, and the rear styling along with the bumper has been redesigned, with modern Peugeot lettering shining on the tailgate.

In terms of engine, the new 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel engine generates 197 horsepower and 450 Newton-meters of torque, paired with a four-wheel-drive system.

Users can choose between a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, the Landtrek's maximum payload capacity has been enhanced to between 1400 and 3500 kilograms, demonstrating its strong practicality.

Inside, the new 7-inch digital instrument cluster joins the 10-inch infotainment screen, enhancing the tech-savvy feel, while the new Peugeot logo on the steering wheel adds a touch of style.

Safety features now include more advanced driver assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control and blind-spot detection, although these features are only available with the new turbo engine options.

Currently, the Peugeot Landtrek is sold in 40 markets worldwide, primarily in Africa, the Middle East, and South America. The spacious interior can accommodate up to six passengers, offering flexible seating with adjustable front seats. Additionally, the rear cargo area is touted as the "most spacious" in its class and can be equipped with various accessories, including a sturdy roof.
