The Alfa Romeo Milano has officially been revealed as the brand's smallest vehicle to date. This new compact crossover will be available with internal combustion engines and, for the first time in Alfa Romeo's history, pure electric powertrains.
Catching Exterior Design
The Milano features a striking front design loaded with aesthetic elements, particularly its complex LED matrix headlights, dark embellishments, and a front bumper inspired by the high-performance Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio models.
The side profile is muscular, with elegant black trim surrounding the rear lights, making the overall design appealing and likely to attract a significant audience, especially in Europe. The Milano shares the same flexible platform used by the Jeep Avenger and Fiat 600, allowing for various powertrain configurations, including electric and hybrid systems.
Luxurious Interior Design
Inside, the compact crossover boasts an elegant and upscale interior, featuring a 10.25-inch infotainment screen and a digital instrument cluster of the same size. Higher trims come with luxurious Alcantara leather upholstery, while other variants feature fabric and vinyl trims.
Powertrains and Performance Figures
The electric version of the new Milano will be equipped with a single electric motor producing either 156 or 240 horsepower, depending on the model. It will deliver power to the front wheels and feature a relatively small 54 kWh battery with a range of 410 kilometers per charge. The gasoline variant will be available in 2025, featuring a 1.2-liter turbo engine with 136 horsepower, combined with a mild 48-volt hybrid system that adds an additional 28 horsepower. It will come with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and options for either front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
