December 19, EXEED's Middle East spare parts distribution center located in Dubai officially commenced operations. The new distribution center initially covers an area of approximately 12,000 m², making it the largest spare parts distribution center built by EXEED in the Middle East region. It will radiate to all GCC Gulf countries, including the United Arab Emirates, and will subsequently extend to West Africa and North Africa through an efficient logistics system.

This milestone event not only signifies a substantial improvement in EXEED's service capabilities and response speed in the Middle East market; it also demonstrates EXEED's commitment to the principle of "customer first" and its determination to deliver high-quality automotive products and exceptional service experiences to global customers.

Perfecting Supply Chain Development Layout to Continuously Improve Aftersales Service Timeliness and Quality

EXEED's Middle East spare parts distribution center boasts a highly strategic geographical location, situated just a 15-minute drive from Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, enabling it to swiftly respond to market demands and provide timely spare parts delivery services. EXEED has also introduced intelligent and digitalized distribution center and logistics management systems such as WMS and IDMS, further streamlining the distribution center's operational processes and improving operational efficiency. Simultaneously, EXEED has refined the categorization of its storage areas, equipped with 22 sets of high-level shelves and an 8,000-square-meter mezzanine shelving system, totaling 25,000 storage locations that cumulatively cover 22,000 varieties of original spare parts, capable of meeting the repair needs of various models. Coupled with the configuration of 14 shipping ports, the cargo throughput capacity of EXEED's Middle East spare parts distribution center has been greatly enhanced, with a daily processing capacity of up to 4 containers.

After the opening of the new distribution center, the stocking cycle and transportation lead time for EXEED's regular spare parts will be shortened from 30 days to 4 days and 5 days, respectively. VOR parts can be supplied instantly within 24 hours, achieving a qualitative leap in both shipping cycle and delivery efficiency. Simultaneously, the commissioning of the Middle East spare parts distribution center will further consolidate EXEED's service network in the Middle East market, laying a solid foundation for EXEED's development in the region through the consistent quality of products and services.

Adhering to the Long-Term Approach to Provide Brand Experiences Beyond Expectations

As an emerging brand in the global high-end market, EXEED has always been customer-driven, adhering to the long-term development philosophy, comprehensively advancing along the lines of high-end technology, high-end brand, and high-end service, dedicated to bringing mobility experiences beyond expectations to global customers. Currently, EXEED has a user base of over 350,000 vehicles globally, with the Middle East region being a focus of EXEED's strategic layout, possessing a large number of existing and potential user groups. The building of the Middle East spare parts distribution center is a profound reflection and practice of EXEED's localization of aftersales services.

At the opening ceremony of the spare parts distribution center, Zhang Guibing, General Manager of Chery International, the parent company of EXEED Group, also spoke about the future-oriented significance of the Middle East spare parts distribution center: "Upholding the business philosophy of 'In Somewhere, For Somewhere,' we continuously enhance brand experiences, promote local employment, and contribute to local sustainable development. We firmly believe that with the continuous expansion of our global business, we will join hands with more partners to provide local customers with better brand and service experiences while injecting innovative power and value into the sustainable development of the Middle East region."

In the future, EXEED will continue to build a higher-level and more competitive service system in the Middle East region. Simultaneously, with the Middle East region as an innovation engine, EXEED will also accelerate the exploration of high-end market potential and promote the steady progress of its globalization strategy, providing global consumers with even more outstanding products and services.
