At the 2024 Paris Motor Show, the Dacia Bigster is undoubtedly the star of the Dacia booth, which runs until October 20 at Porte de Versailles. Dacia is showcasing its entire product range, located in Hall 6 and occupying nearly half of the Renault Group's area.
Two Dacia Bigster models are displayed in the booth, one on a rotating platform and the other close to visitors for an up-close look. Just viewing the vehicle gives potential customers a clear idea before opening the reservation orders. This model will compete with the Citroën C5 Aircross but at a much lower price, with a starting price below 25,000 euros. The family SUV offers new engines, including a 140-horsepower small hybrid unit and a 155-horsepower 1.8-liter hybrid engine. Some of these engines are also displayed separately.
Additionally, the exhibition features Dacia models such as Jogger, Duster, Sandero, and Spring, and the redesigned versions will help relaunch sales. While competition has become fiercer, these electric city cars produced in China are now deprived of environmental bonuses.
Dacia is not only showcasing its mass-produced vehicles in Paris but also presents the Sandrider racing car, which just won a double title for the brand in its first official competition at the Morocco Rally, before returning to the track on January 3 for the 2025 Dakar Rally. Finally, the booth features a shop with exquisite decorations, clothing, and accessories.
