Caterham, the renowned British car manufacturer known for its lightweight sports cars with unique designs and impressive performance, has now revealed its most luxurious and expensive model in history— the Seven CSR Twenty, a highly anticipated masterpiece.
Unique Design and Luxurious Interior
The car shares its front fascia with other models in the lineup, featuring 15-inch wheels, red brake calipers, and LED headlights and taillights. What sets the Seven CSR Twenty apart, however, is its interior, which is the most luxurious ever offered by Caterham. The interior boasts lavish Muirhead leather with Alcantara accents, red stitching, and CSR Twenty logos adorning the seat backs. Leather is also utilized in the steering wheel and center console, while the shift lever and handbrake are covered in luxurious Alcantara.
Outstanding Performance and Limited Production
The Seven CSR Twenty features a fully independent front and rear suspension system, powered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter Ford four-cylinder engine, producing 213 horsepower and 203 Nm of torque. It sends power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of 219 km/h. Caterham plans to produce 20 units of the new Seven CSR Twenty for the UK market and another 20 for the US market, all to be manufactured at their new facility in Dartford, UK.
