As part of its planned expansion in Europe, Cadillac has announced that it will showcase its fully electric vehicle lineup at the 2024 Paris Motor Show. This automaker will debut its new electric vehicle series at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in the French capital. Cadillac returns to this prestigious French auto show after more than a decade to present its range of emission-free vehicles to European and international audiences.
Bernd P. Brueghel, Chairman and CEO of General Motors Europe, stated, “Cadillac made a bold statement at the Paris Motor Show with its flagship models, Lyriq and Optiq. He added: “Both models showcase Cadillac's future approach to luxury transportation, further establishing its position as a leader in electric vehicles.”
The premiere of Cadillac's EV business at the 2024 Paris Motor Show represents a significant step in the brand's return to Europe, enhancing its recent entry into key countries in the region, including France, followed by Germany with an imminent launch in the UK. The luxury brand returns to Europe with two models that are part of its global electric vehicle portfolio.
Cadillac is also taking the opportunity at this year's Paris Motor Show to introduce the all-new Cadillac Optiq 2025, which is smaller than the Lyriq and therefore more suitable for the European market. The event also showcased the new Optiq “Arctiq,” a special edition that reimagines the future of luxury travel in winter.
Cadillac's booth will be open at the 2024 Paris Motor Show from October 15 to 20, located in Hall A52, 5.3 at Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center in Paris. Additionally, Cadillac offers a special leasing and driving experience for visitors to France's largest automotive event.
