Braga Automotive has officially revealed its first production vehicle, the Bohima, with the exciting news that the first unit has been successfully delivered to a customer in the Netherlands, personally handed over by racing driver Roman Grosjean. Development on this model began in 2022 with extensive testing and improvements leading up to its production stage.

Meticulously handcrafted at Braga's factory in the Czech Republic, the result has been nothing short of astounding. Renowned automotive critics James May and Jeremy Clarkson were left in awe when they drove the vehicle last year.

The car is equipped with a turbocharged engine from Litchfield generating a total power output of 700 horsepower. This engine first appeared in the Nissan GT-R before being modified by Litchfield for use in the Braga vehicle. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a sequential transmission from Heuliez, and the car’s body is constructed from carbon fiber, resulting in a total weight of only 1000 kilograms, which is impressively lower than that of the Mazda MX-5.

The vehicle accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 2.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 317 km/h. The Bohima excels not only in straight-line speed but also on the racetrack, performing remarkably like a GT3 racing car.

The cabin accommodates two adults, with adjustable seats, steering wheel, and pedals to suit various passenger needs, along with ample storage space. It is anticipated that 20 units will be produced annually over the next four years, with a total price of $1.43 million.
