Recently surfaced camouflage photos showcase the new boxy design of the 2026 Hyundai Palisade. Similar to the new Santa Fe, the front features a large rectangular grille adorned with ample black plastic accents, surrounded by large front headlights. However, these lights do not seem to be the final production units.
From the side, the vehicle’s sleek body shape and rounded wheel arches are clearly visible, with sharp design lines. The car boasts a sloped roof design, a large rear spoiler, a sophisticated rear door with protruding roof rails, and an upward sloping shoulder line combined with the new shape of the C-pillars.
While no interior photos were captured this time, previous images revealed a wide curved screen situated on a round dashboard. The model will also feature a new steering wheel, metal accents, and a distinctive central console providing easy access to various charging ports.
Although the focus is on the design, details of the powertrain remain quite obscure. However, spy photographers have already captured a shot under the hood confirming that the model will be presented with a turbocharged engine. It is rumored to be a 3.5-liter V6 engine, which is expected to easily surpass the current 3.8-liter engine's output of 291 horsepower. There have also been reports of a hybrid version featuring a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, though nothing has been officially confirmed at this stage.
