Rolls-Royce has unveiled a distinctive model that will be showcased at this year's Monterey Week. This extremely striking yellow coupe is called the Spectre Semaphore, showcasing unique characteristics with various custom touches, including the Spectre Semaphore paint and a two-tone interior.
Rolls-Royce states that the shiny color is called Semaphore Yellow, specifically designed for this vehicle. The hood features a unique artwork referred to as “marble paint spill.” The color concept for this car is inspired by California artists, incorporating a mix of silver paint and multiple layers of clear coat to create the appearance of a pool of mixed yellow and silver paint. Rolls-Royce indicates that the hood alone took 160 hours to design and produce.
In line with the striking yellow theme, the vehicle’s interior features a blend of lemon yellow and strine yellow, brightening the white seats, doors, and dashboard. Everything is tied together with lemon yellow stitching. Rolls-Royce even managed to make the central dial in the instrument cluster yellow.
No mention has been made of changes to the powertrain, meaning that the dual-motor electric power system will remain unchanged. The vehicle boasts a power output of 577 horsepower with a range of 468 km on a single charge. Rolls-Royce describes the Semaphore as embodying “the bold new symbols of luxury established by the brand’s clientele.”
