On September 4, Nissan officially unveiled the new Nissan Patrol, internally codenamed Y63, the seventh generation of the lineup. The new car has been updated in terms of exterior, interior and power, and is expected to go on sale first in the Middle East and North America by the end of the year.
The new Nissan Patrol features a new family design with a front end that is visually striking and quite recognizable.
From the side, the new car has some shades of the Infiniti QX80, with air suspension on the top version. Compared to the old model, the whole car looks more sporty.
The interior of the car, the new Nissan Patrol is standard with a dual 12.3-inch continuous screen design, and the screen scale is upgraded to 14.3 inches in the mid-range trim level, while the HUD head-up display is added. It's worth noting: the new car features a push-button gearshift structure.
As for car engines, the new car canceled the previous 5.6L V8 engine, the new model will use 3.5T V6 engine, and all standard.
Safety features have also been updated to a degree, with automatic high and low beams, blind spot monitoring and lane departure warning standard across the board, while higher-end models are equipped with the Pro Pilot 2.1 system, which enables high-speed automatic navigation assistance for driving.
