BYD Xia was launched during this year's Chengdu (China) Auto Show, priced at 300,000 CNY, it is a global model. The reason for the naming of “Xia”, the official introduction said, “Xia” is the first of the Chinese dynasty, “ most representative of” MPV model positioning, but also can reflect the technical strength of the model.
In terms of design, the front face of the dynasty family “Dragon Face” design style, the side adopts a relatively straight roof design, to a certain extent, can provide sufficient head space for the passengers inside the car, to bring a more comfortable riding experience, the tail has a penetrating light design, the rear of the car is equipped with a small spoiler on the top.
In terms of vehicle size, BYD Xia length, width and height were 5145*1970*1805mm, wheelbase up to 3045mm, is located in the mid-large MPV.
It is known that Xia is based on BYD's new generation of plug-in hybrid vehicle platform (5th generation DM plug-in hybrid technology), equipped with DiPilot intelligent driver assistance system, and also has DiLink 150 intelligent seat cabin.
