The Jetuor X50, a Chinese compact SUV targeting the global market, made its debut at the 2024 Jeddah International Motor Show.
For reference, the Jetuor X50 first grabbed headlines with its debut in the Russian market in July this year, followed by its official launch in September. Thanks to its striking exterior design, it immediately captured the attention of numerous consumers. The base model, priced at just 1.99 million rubles, has showcased its strong competitive edge in the Russian market.
Exterior Design
The global version of the X50 measures 4397mm in length, 1841mm in width, and 1654mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2601mm.
A highlight of the new vehicle's exterior design is its radiator grille, paired with vertical slats and an aggressive front bumper that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also boosts the vehicle's recognizability. Available body colors include white, black, light grey, and dark grey, meeting a variety of consumer preferences.
Interior and Comfort
Inside, the Jetuor X50 is equipped with a digital dashboard, offering drivers a modern and intuitive driving experience. The trunk capacity stands at 398 liters, which can be expanded to 1262 liters with the second-row seats folded down, catering to both everyday use and travel storage needs.
Engine
In the Russian market, the Jetuor X50 offers two gasoline engines and three trim levels to choose from. The basic Comfort version features a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with a power output of 113 horsepower, coupled with a five-speed manual transmission.
The Elite and Luxury versions upgrade to a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, bumping the power up to 147 horsepower, and come with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. All models are front-wheel drive.
Technology
Even the most economically priced Jetuor X50 is equipped with a wealth of standard features such as LED daytime running lights, halogen headlights, 17-inch wheels, and rain and light sensors.
Starting with the Elite version, additional practical features include heated rear seats, side airbags, a drive mode selection system, and wireless smartphone charging.
The top-of-the-range Luxury version goes even further, offering LED headlights, 18-inch wheels, a sunroof, curtain airbags, and an all-around camera system.
