Cadillac is getting ready to launch the 2026 Vistiq models, but they haven't forgotten the XT6; rather, they introduced an updated version of this model at the Guangzhou Auto Show.
The 2025 XT6 is classified as an "enhanced luxury crossover," instantly recognizable for its familiar design, yet it comes with several minor design tweaks. Cadillac did not delve into specifics, but mentioned the option for new black badges.
Additional changes are limited, but the model is well-equipped with LED lighting units and 20-inch wheels. It also includes rain-sensing wipers, a panoramic sunroof, and a power liftgate.
Inside, the XT6 adopts a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a larger 10-inch infotainment system. While it is not a substitute for the 33-inch screen found in most Cadillac lineups, it helps modernize the interior look.
In addition to the new screens, the vehicle features ten-way power-adjustable front seats with heating and ventilation. The second-row captain's chairs come with four-way power adjustments and dedicated headrests. In higher trims, second-row passengers will find heating, ventilation, and massage settings.
A heated steering wheel and a 14-speaker Bose audio system are also available, along with elegant leather and a tri-zone climate control system. Buyers will also find a range of driver assistance systems, including adaptive cruise control, emergency automatic braking, rear cross-traffic alert, and forward collision warning.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 233 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. It is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. This setup allows the crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 210 km/h.
The 2025 Cadillac XT6 is currently available for order in China, starting at $48,378.
