Toyota is working to make the 2025 Corolla more innovative and attractive by introducing the new FX Special Edition specifically for the U.S. market. This strategy also ensures that the pricing of the new models remains at a lower level, with the cheapest model being the Corolla LE, starting at $22,175, which is slightly higher than last year's price of $22,050.
The new Corolla will be equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 169 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT transmission. The LE version, like all other 2025 Corolla models, comes standard with the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 safety suite, which includes features like lane departure assistance and proactive driving assistance. Additionally, it features standard 16-inch wheels.
The next SE version starts at $24,615, compared to $24,490 last year. This version also offers an optional larger 10.5-inch infotainment screen and adds power-adjustable seats, along with some other minor enhancements, including an updated front grille and color options.
The Toyota Corolla FX Special Edition starts at $26,500, while the Toyota Corolla XSE starts at $27,150. The new FX Special Edition is based on the SE version and adds a unique rear spoiler, suspension springs for a lower ride height, and 18-inch black satin wheels. Inside, it features Moonstone sport fabric seats with orange stitching and a standard 10.5-inch screen. The color options include Dark Metallic Black, Ice Cap with a Dark Metallic Black roof, and Underground with a Dark Metallic Black roof, starting at $26,500.
Leading the class, the Toyota Corolla XSE starts at $27,890, compared to $27,150 for last year’s model. It receives a larger infotainment screen and adds a JBL Premium audio system with 9 speakers.
