I was driving a Haima S5 1.6 CAT Creative Edition on the highway for about 6 hours, and suddenly the car couldn't accelerate. After stopping and turning off the engine for a while, it could accelerate again. What could be the problem? This has happened twice already, once on the highway before and once this year. When it couldn't accelerate, the car showed a fault code, but after parking overnight, the fault code disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this?
Is it normal for a 2015 model to have a smooth start without accelerating, but require around 2000 RPM to start with acceleration, and then feel a noticeable jolt and tire slip?
I have a 2017 Haima S5 manual 1.5T, and I'm facing some issues: the car door is rusted through, there's a noise from the chassis (note: I've replaced the lower control arm, ball joint, steering gear, and engine mount but still can't find the problem), and the USB port inside the car has poor connection. When I press the accelerator while the car is stationary, it jerks like a newbie driving a manual car. But if I let it coast a bit after releasing the brake and then press the accelerator, it runs smoothly. Does anyone know what might be causing this? ╮（╯＿╰）╭
