Why can't I lock the Haval H6 Classic by touching the handle sensor area, but I can unlock it by gripping the inner side?

I've had my Haval H6 Classic for a month now and noticed a problem. There's a strange noise from the dashboard when I turn on the heater, but it's quiet when the heater is off. Has any fellow driver experienced this issue? Has anyone managed to fix this noise?
