Has anyone upgraded their BYD e2 to OTA 1.4? Are there any compatibility issues?

On December 3rd, I fully charged my car (405 km), and by December 4th, it was down to 63% (250 km). I actually drove 86 km, which used up 37% of the charge (155 km). I had the AC on at 29°C with the fan on level 3 the whole time. I commute from rural to urban areas, mostly on highways. The range efficiency was 86÷155＝0.5548387097, approximately 55%. The temperature these days has been between 3 and 10°C. I want to ask fellow car owners, is this situation normal?

The air conditioning was set to level 4, but there was still barely any cold air and the airflow was very weak. What's going on? After a day, it went back to normal. It's really frustrating.
