BYD e2 Reviews and Q&A in KSA
Has anyone upgraded their BYD e2 to OTA 1.4? Are there any compatibility issues?
On December 3rd, I fully charged my car (405 km), and by December 4th, it was down to 63% (250 km). I actually drove 86 km, which used up 37% of the charge (155 km). I had the AC on at 29°C with the fan on level 3 the whole time. I commute from rural to urban areas, mostly on highways. The range efficiency was 86÷155=0.5548387097, approximately 55%. The temperature these days has been between 3 and 10°C. I want to ask fellow car owners, is this situation normal?
Hello to the first batch of car owners. It's been about 5 years since you got your cars. I'm curious, how much has your battery range degraded by now? How many years can a BYD battery typically last with normal use?
Has anyone replaced their car battery? I drive often, and last night the battery was dead and I couldn't start the car. Have you guys encountered this before?
What should I do if the air conditioner isn't heating, the pipes are frosted, and the vents won't switch?
Is it normal for a 2019 model with a range of 405 km to drop 21 km of range after driving 12.8 km? Any insights, experts?
The air conditioning was set to level 4, but there was still barely any cold air and the airflow was very weak. What's going on? After a day, it went back to normal. It's really frustrating.
Why does this car still have a monthly sales volume of over 2,000 units? It feels like BYD hasn't really managed this car.
What could be the reason for the BYD e2's air conditioning system not cooling but only heating after 150,000 km?
The charging station's fault light is flashing, and it cannot charge normally.
Are there any owners who have been driving a pure electric vehicle for five or six years? Is the battery degradation severe?
