I have a 2017 automatic model with 50,000 kilometers on it. Recently, I've noticed three particularly obvious issues: 1. When starting at traffic lights, even with light acceleration, I can hear the engine howling. The fuel consumption spikes to 19.9, the engine revs up to 2000 RPM, but the acceleration is very slow. 2. When driving home from work and going up the parking ramp, I often find that even with the gas pedal pressed, there's no power. The RPM goes up to 3000, and the fuel consumption also spikes. 3. Occasionally, when starting the car, it will shake and then stall by itself. Overall, driving at speeds between 0-40 is uncomfortable, but things improve above 60, especially on the highway. Acceleration and overtaking are fine at higher speeds. It's quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Hey everyone, is it normal for the car's RPM to stay around 1200 even when I release the accelerator while driving? The idle speed is only 800 RPM when parked in neutral. Is it the same for you guys?

When starting a cold car, the RPM goes up to 2000 and then drops to 1500 but doesn't go any lower. The high idle speed is causing high fuel consumption, 20 liters for 300 kilometers! The idle speed is too high, and so is the fuel consumption. Can any experts provide a solution? 🙏

Hi everyone, I have a 2013 Suzuki Alto automatic. When I start and just slightly press the accelerator, the RPM quickly goes up to 2000. Even when the speed reaches 60, the RPM stays around 2000. What's going on here?

I've been driving a Suzuki SX4 for over ten years, and now the fuel consumption is higher than before. When I press the accelerator, the RPM goes up, but the speed doesn't increase. I've changed the transmission oil, cleared the engine carbon deposits, and worked on the throttle and fuel injectors, but the RPM is still high while acceleration is slow. Are there any fellow car owners who have experienced similar issues?

When driving at low speeds over rough roads or speed bumps, and then accelerating, the RPM between 1100 to 1500 feels like it's cutting out. Once the throttle picks up, everything returns to normal.

Why does the car accelerate well at lower speeds, but when it reaches around 110 km/h, it struggles to accelerate further for overtaking? Even on a slight incline, it has difficulty gaining speed.

I'm looking for opinions from experienced owners about this car. How's the quality, and what's the fuel consumption in suburban areas? Assuming a driving habit of light to moderate acceleration, is the power sufficient for overtaking?

Hey everyone, what’s the fuel consumption of your Alto automatic? I feel mine is too high, 24.5 liters only covers about 300 km. The light came on at 287 km. Also, my idle speed when starting cold is around 1500, but it goes back to 1100 once the engine warms up. Is this normal for fuel consumption and idle speed?

I didn't drive for two days, and when I started the car today, I noticed the engine warning light was on. For the first ten minutes or so, pressing the accelerator only increased the RPM, and the speed stayed below 20. After driving for about ten minutes, when I pressed the accelerator, there was a humming noise, and the speed gradually picked up. However, the fuel consumption display kept changing even when the car was parked or just started and not moving (or maybe I hadn't noticed this before). Can anyone advise what's going on? Has anyone experienced this before?
