There is a switch on the lower left side of the driver's seat, uncovered it when I lifted the floor mat.

There's no separate switch; you can press open the fuel cap once it's unlocked. But when the car is running, it locks again. Remember to turn off the engine when refueling.

After unlocking the vehicle, directly press the fuel cap.
