Why is maintenance at 4S shops so expensive, folks? Can I get maintenance done outside of 4S shops?

Hey guys, the 4S shop is charging 138 for the air filter and 88 for the cabin filter. I didn't buy them. What brand should I go for? Or should I stick with the 4S shop's original filters? I'm hesitant to buy online, worried about fake products.
