When driving on rough roads with a 2018 Jetur X70, there's a "dong dong" sound from the front, but can't find the cause. What could be the issue?

Chassis clunking noise.

I have a 2020 model and it's making noise too. I replaced the connecting rod, but the noise is still there. The mechanic said it might be the shock absorber top mount that's faulty. He suggested to keep driving it and replace it when it gets worse.
