Did the mechanic place the jack on the edge of the bodywork when your tire was punctured, causing it to deform? Has this happened to you as well?

The Vellfire has been driven over 40,000 kilometers, and there's a lot of noise coming from the rear tires. Upon inspection, the inner tires are worn, and both tires are the same. What could be causing this?
