Is the 0W-20 Shell Helix Ultra suitable for my 2019 Nissan X-Trail 2.0? It has nearly 90,000 km on it, and I've just changed the three filters, transmission fluid, and brake fluid. Also, my friends say I should replace the timing belt and spark plugs. Is that true? Any brand or model recommendations?

What kind of engine oil was used before, and is the same type still being used now? The MR20 engine uses a timing chain, right?
