I picked up my Nissan X-Trail Classic in March '24. While driving, I always feel the brake pedal makes a loud noise when it rebounds, especially when I release the pedal quickly.

8Today, while driving my 2020 automatic Chery Arrizo 5, I heard a squeaky noise from the accelerator pedal when I pressed it to accelerate. When I released the pedal, it didn't return to its original position and kept accelerating, which scared me, so I quickly braked and pulled over to turn off the engine. I then shifted to neutral and started the engine, which roared to over 4000 RPM. After turning it off, I manually adjusted the pedal, heard the squeak again, and then it started working normally. Occasionally, there's still a noise when pressing the accelerator, but the pedal returns to normal. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or what might be broken?
