I'm considering switching to the X-Trail Hybrid. Why do many dealerships not have it in stock? Is it because it's selling too well or not doing well? I don't understand why.

I've had the Nissan X-Trail Hybrid for just half a month and took it on a long trip, about 3000 kilometers. Everything else is fine, but once the dual-zone climate control is turned on, it can't be turned off. Also, when the engine starts, there's a loud noise like an electric drill. Do any other owners have the same issues?
