I test-drove the 23 model today, and the suspension was quite shaky, which made me feel carsick. Has the 25 model been improved? Can someone share their insights? [Facepalm]

Didn't the 2024 model change its rear suspension? You should find a way to test the 2024 model.

The 25 model hasn't changed at all. It's an SUV, so it naturally has a high chassis and is tuned for comfort, which definitely makes it sway. Even turning at around 40 can feel a bit uncontrollable. During the test drive, it was a bit embarrassing that I couldn't make a U-turn on a four-lane road in one go—the turning radius is too wide. I've heard others say it sways at high speeds or when going too fast, which is a bit worrying. For stability, sedans are definitely better. This kind of vehicle shouldn't go too fast; it's not safe. However, if you're looking for comfort, it's definitely a good choice.

I’ll share my personal test drive impressions of various SUVs in the same price range. Can anyone explain the difference in chassis feel between the GV70 Flagship and Luxury models? If there's someone who has driven both, please provide detailed insights! I've also tried SUVs of the same class like BBA, Volvo, and Jaguar. Personally, I think the new GLC has the best overall chassis quality, with Genesis coming in second. Genesis has the best sound insulation! The throttle response is the worst on the GLC! The X3, Q5, Genesis, Volvo, and Jaguar feel quite similar. Subjectively, the GV70 ranks in the top two for overall comfort and drivability. PS: The Q5 feels more filtered and softer. The X3 is a bit too ground-hugging and follows the road surface too much, which I don't like. Volvo is in the middle, but it has the worst sound insulation in its class! The GLC's chassis quality is great with a solid, integrated feel, but the throttle response is really lacking! The Jaguar F-Pace has a slightly firmer chassis and a more sporty driving feel, but its downside is average noise control with some resonance, and it has the smallest rear space. Genesis offers the best overall driving experience. Even with 21-inch wheels, the suspension is really excellent, and the power delivery is smooth and responsive. The space is similar to the X3.

Hey guys, is the new 212 reliable or not? Why is there no information about it? The test models online say there will be changes, but I feel the improvements shown so far aren't enough. I really hope it takes off.

Hey everyone, I test drove the 2021 model today. While sitting in the back, the tire noise was quite noticeable. During the drive, the engine noise wasn't loud, but there was a bit of wind noise at 60 km/h. Can anyone tell me if the 2023 model has significantly improved sound insulation compared to the 2021 model?

Does anyone know any news about the 25 model? The lack of CarPlay and the fact that it has two Type-A ports are really making me hesitate. I'm considering whether to wait for the 25 model to see if these two issues are improved. I was planning to finalize the purchase in the next two weeks, but after thinking it over, these two issues could really affect the user experience. I'm not in a rush to get a car. Sincerely asking for advice, thanks for the help, guys. [Crying emoji]

Does the G80 have any interior odors? I used to drive an XC60, and it didn't have any smell at all—the cabin was very comfortable. However, Volvo's soundproofing isn't great. I took a ride in a car-hailing service today, and there was an indescribable odor inside the car. Not sure if it was a plastic smell or something else, but even though it was faint, it made sitting inside uncomfortable. I don't know how the driver tolerates it. I test drove the G80 and noticed a bit of a smell, but it wasn't unpleasant. It definitely can't compare to a new Volvo. I'm curious if the smell will still be there after one or two months. With my previous XC60, even after being parked under the sun, there was no noticeable odor inside. Any G80 owners care to share their experience?
