Is it okay to buy a car for commuting in a small town if my father likes it?

This car is a favorite among those born in the 60s. As long as you can afford to maintain it, the insurance is only a bit pricey in the first year and gets cheaper later since it's not considered a luxury car. Fuel costs are roughly less than 1 RMB per kilometer. I suggest getting the Sahara model; too many features aren't necessary for older folks. The Canadian version of the Sahara has better loudspeakers. I've been driving it for four years, not for off-roading, just because I like it.

If you like it, just buy it.

With a risk-resistant savings and stable income, after covering living expenses, there's still some money left each month. After all, owning a regular car is like having an extra mouth to feed in the family. This car would at least require 95-octane fuel, right?

I would like to ask fellow car owners how this car drives? I'm considering buying a used one for my father. Does the transmission jerk? What's the fuel consumption like? Are there many minor issues? Is it worth buying a used one? Looking forward to your insights. 🙏

I need some guidance from the experts. I'm new to cars and currently, my family doesn't own one. My husband works nearby, but I commute 40 kilometers to the suburbs for work every day. We live in an old neighborhood without home charging facilities, and I'm thinking of buying a new energy vehicle. I've had my license for six years but haven't driven much. I liked the appearance of the Zeekr X but heard the rear space is small. Personally, I like Zeekr and Ora, and I'm also considering Deepal. I'm really confused and don't know which car to buy. Any advice from the experts would be appreciated.

I'm 44, looking for my first car, living in a small city. It's for daily commuting and family use. Between the Mazda CX-5 2.0 top trim and the Kodiaq 2.0T two-seat luxury version, which one would be more suitable?
