6My 2018 automatic ZS sometimes shakes when waiting at a red light after the vehicle warms up. Between 60 to 100 km/h, the car feels like it's being pulled back, and there's a strong jerking sensation. If I press the accelerator hard to over 3000 RPM, the jerking stops. Using cruise control to accelerate also avoids the shaking. Is this a transmission issue?

10I recently got a CX-5 less than a month ago, and I noticed that when starting the car cold and shifting to D gear, there's a noticeable "jerking" sensation as the car moves forward. After driving for a while and the car warms up, when switching between N and D gear, the jerking sensation is still there but much less noticeable. Is this normal?
