Which is better, the Mercedes-Benz S450 or the BMW 740?

The new 7 Series uses the chassis of the I7 electric car, which was originally designed to house batteries. Now that it's been adapted for a fuel car, the floor is raised, resulting in an awkward seating position, and the space isn't that ample. The interior craftsmanship is average, as if it was meant to be praised, but the sound insulation isn't as good as the previous generation.

It must be 450; BMW's current design is too ugly.
