Does anyone know why the Volvo V40 T3 version feels weak during acceleration around 60 mph, and why the steering wheel shakes when lightly pressing the accelerator?

When the car is in D gear at idle, it feels weak (like an ant crawling), but when you press the accelerator, it becomes normal. In reverse gear, it doesn't move at all unless you press the accelerator. The car is a 2016 Haima S5.
