My car is parked and hasn't been moved or unlocked. Both the key and I are on the fifth floor. Why do the car lights turn on by themselves? I've been puzzled about this for a long time!

I had an issue where, without doing anything, I found all four windows open the next morning when I went to start the car. This happened four times. Later, they replaced the car control unit for me, and it seems to be fine now.
