What's the fuel consumption of the 2008 1.6? I'm getting fuel consumption like a Land Rover, it's crazy. How much fuel do you guys use?

Half expressway, half busy city streets, 8 liters of fuel consumption.

Check if the fuel injectors are faulty. I had a similar issue where my fuel consumption suddenly spiked. After inspection, it turned out that the fuel injectors were the problem. Replacing all four injectors was really expensive. But after replacing them, my fuel consumption went back to a normal six to seven liters.

I also have a 2008 1.6 with keyless start, and it's done over 100,000 kilometers. On the highway with the air conditioning on, it gives around 500 kilometers or a bit more. In the city with a lot of traffic lights, it ranges from around 300 to 380 kilometers.

In the city and on expressways, it consumes more than 8.5L. If you push it harder, it goes above 9L.
