The old Alphard had 117 horsepower, why does the new one have 190? Aren't they both 2.5 hybrid engines? Does anyone know?

The old model features the third-generation hybrid system, while the new model is upgraded to the fourth-generation hybrid, with the same powertrain as the Sienna.
