Why did the engine warning light turn on and the D gear light keep flashing after driving my 2014 Honda City automatic on the highway for three hours?

14 model Middle East Land Cruiser has driven 150,000 km. Recently, when starting in the morning, the center differential lock light flashes. After driving for a while and restarting, the light stops flashing. Just completed a full maintenance and changed all oils and fluids. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
