Which has a better chassis feel, the Touareg or the 5 Series? Could someone who has driven both share their thoughts?

I understand that the chassis feel of the Touareg is basically the same as the Q7. I switched from a 5 Series to a 2.0T Q7. Without considering off-road capability, the 5 Series clearly has a lower center of gravity, giving a feeling of being glued to the road. It changes lanes and steers more nimbly. In comparison, the Q7 has some lateral sway, and this difference is quite noticeable. For straight-line cruising, the Q7's chassis is heavier and feels more substantial. SUVs can't compare with sedans in terms of road driving quality due to their higher center of gravity and heavier weight, which is genetically decided.
My 5 Series had an inline-six engine, and its engine quality was much better than the current 2.0T four-cylinder. Also, I have to admit that BMW's steering feel is superior, offering a more enjoyable driving experience.

These two aren't really comparable, they're different types of vehicles. I've driven both, and I feel like the 5 Series is better.

The current Touareg 2.0 owner often drives an older 5 Series, but hasn't driven the latest model. The chassis quality of the Touareg feels better, but in terms of transmission smoothness and throttle response, BMW is superior.

We have both cars at home, and in terms of quality, the Touareg is definitely much better than the 5 Series.
