How's the 2009 Touareg 3.0T Diesel? I'm thinking about buying one. What are its pros and cons?

I drove over 300 kilometers today, and my back and butt were heated the whole way. The ventilation was a mess and couldn't even be turned off.

Is this car roadworthy now? I'm doubtful.
