Hi fellow car enthusiasts, I have a 1.6 CVT that's been running for ten years with over 60,000 kilometers. Last month, I just did maintenance, changed the transmission fluid and spark plugs. It was running fine for the first few days, but recently it's been jerking occasionally when I lightly press the accelerator. It's similar to a manual car when you give gas without fully releasing the clutch. The engine goes "woo-woo-woo," and the whole car shakes a bit, but the speed doesn’t increase. Then, when I press the accelerator harder, it goes back to normal. Does anyone know what might be happening?

Hello everyone, I'm considering buying a second-hand Nissan Tiida registered in 2017 with over 120,000 kilometers. The car dealer is asking for 39,000. Is it worth buying?

I've driven 100,000 kilometers myself and haven't experienced the symptoms you mentioned. After changing the transmission oil, the slight vibration while parking and idling was reduced a bit; after replacing the spark plugs, the fuel economy improved significantly (the gap on the old spark plugs was a bit large). Everything else is normal. I used original parts for replacements (bought the transmission oil from JD's official store and the spark plugs are the same model as the original).

Was it replaced at the 4S shop?

I remember that after I changed the transmission oil, this issue didn't occur.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Recently, when I activate the auto hold, after the car stops, the AVH light blinks and then there's a clicking sound. It happens every time. If I press the brake harder, the sound is louder; if I press lightly, the sound is softer.

I've been driving a Suzuki SX4 for over ten years, and now the fuel consumption is higher than before. When I press the accelerator, the RPM goes up, but the speed doesn't increase. I've changed the transmission oil, cleared the engine carbon deposits, and worked on the throttle and fuel injectors, but the RPM is still high while acceleration is slow. Are there any fellow car owners who have experienced similar issues?

I went for a test drive at the dealership. The steering wheel felt heavy, maybe I'm not used to it. But why does it feel uncomfortable when lightly pressing the accelerator at low speeds? It's like something's holding you back from going fast, yet tempting you to press the pedal harder.

I didn't drive for two days, and when I started the car today, I noticed the engine warning light was on. For the first ten minutes or so, pressing the accelerator only increased the RPM, and the speed stayed below 20. After driving for about ten minutes, when I pressed the accelerator, there was a humming noise, and the speed gradually picked up. However, the fuel consumption display kept changing even when the car was parked or just started and not moving (or maybe I hadn't noticed this before). Can anyone advise what's going on? Has anyone experienced this before?
