Why does the driver's door not open with the key unlock button after locking the car from the outside, while the other three doors can be opened?

For the 2009 Yuxiang, the driver's door often won't open. I have to lower the window and use the mechanical key from the outside several times. The other three doors are fine. Can someone tell me if this is a common issue with the old Yuxiang? [Facepalm]
