When driving, sometimes when I press the accelerator, I feel a jerk, like there's suddenly no power, and then it's fine again. What's going on? Does anyone else have the same issue?

I had the same issue. Initially, I thought it was the gearbox not holding the gear, so I switched to manual shifting, but the problem persisted. However, after driving for a while, it went away.

It's normal, the transmission is really poor. The jerking is most noticeable at speeds between 30 to 40 km/h, it feels like it's shaking.

I want to ask fellow car enthusiasts, what could be the cause of a jerking sensation when pressing the accelerator?

Whose car would behave like this, suddenly losing power while accelerating and then gaining speed again?

The dashboard always switches to miles automatically. Sometimes the wiper gets stuck when pressed once, then resets after pressing again, and only wipes once after another press. When enabling the lock car beep, the keyless entry is overly sensitive, resulting in a series of beeps. 😔 Does anyone else have the same issues?

When driving, if the car suddenly doesn't respond when you press the accelerator, and even flooring it doesn't increase the RPM, but releasing and pressing it again solves the issue, this could be a problem. When starting on a steep slope, if the car feels powerless and sometimes can't climb, requiring several attempts to increase RPM, there might be an issue to address.

I've been driving a 2015 ASX and need some advice. The car starts just fine, but once I pick up speed and then suddenly brake to slow down, when I press the accelerator again, it feels like there's no response at first. There's a sudden jerk before it accelerates, making the driving experience really bad. Could it be time to change the transmission fluid? It's been 7 years and 45,000 kilometers, and I haven't changed the transmission fluid yet.

When I press the accelerator deeply, the car jerks, but it's fine with light acceleration. What's going on? It's a 2014 manual elite model.

Why does the Ford Territory suddenly lose power and then accelerate again multiple times when normally accelerating to 60 km/h?

When starting the Jetour X90 Zilong, the throttle response is decent, and the power comes immediately. However, after reaching 70 km/h and releasing the throttle, if you want to accelerate again, there's a 1-second delay before the power suddenly kicks in. This isn't the same as getting power instantly when you press the throttle. What's going on here?
