The compass on the dashboard is always showing north and doesn't move. Does anyone know how to adjust it?

That hasn't been adjusted. When I bought the car, I directly set it to kilometers and haven't changed it since. You can try setting it to something else and then switch it back after a few days to see if it works. Give it a try.
