Taurus chassis noise
I have a 2019 Taurus, bought in 2021, and it's now at 57,000 kilometers. Recently, there's been a serious noise coming from the chassis, and it gets worse as the weather gets hotter. When the vehicle goes over speed bumps or when the front wheels hit uneven road surfaces at different times, there's a squeaky sound from underneath, like metal rotating inside a rubber bushing. When entering the garage and turning the steering wheel left, there's a clunk noise from the front when the front wheels hit a speed bump. The same clunk noise happens when parking with the steering wheel fully turned while reversing. The noise is very uncomfortable. Any suggestions from fellow car enthusiasts? Has anyone else experienced this?

I also have a car from October 2021, with 36,000 kilometers on it, and I'm experiencing the same noise. It only happens when the car is warm. I went to the dealership, and they said it was the engine guard making the noise. After fixing it, the noise came back after a couple of days. I feel like it's probably not the guard causing the issue. Not sure where the problem is, maybe it's the CV joint or the steering rod.

I bought my car in 2022, and by the end of the year, it started making noises. It seems to be the same issue, and mine seems to be coming from the right side. The 4S shop couldn't identify the problem and just kept swapping parts, but it still didn't solve anything. Bro, if you find a solution, let me know so I can get it fixed too.

Have you changed the transmission oil? I'm supposed to change it at 46,000 kilometers, but I'm hesitant. Should I change it or not?

How's it going? I guess our cars were produced in the same batch with the same cable issue, having exactly the same problem. Did you finally get it resolved? [666]

Clunking sound, there's a "pop" when turning the steering wheel. Adjusting screws seems to fix it, but it reappears after half a year.

The front shock absorber was replaced under warranty, and the issue was resolved. On sunny days, on bumpy roads, there's a squeaky noise like a telegraph. When it's rainy and there's moisture, the noise disappears. It's not present when the car is cold, but becomes noticeable after it heats up. If this matches your situation, you might want to focus on checking the shock absorber.

It's common for Ford cars to have higher mileage.

Check the bushing; it might be worn out. Don’t replace the whole assembly, just the bushing. We can't get the original parts here. As for that clunk sound, it's hard to say where it's coming from.
