Looking to upgrade the headlights. The original ones really don't cut it for high beams. Any recommendations?

My X95 manual's headlights have an issue. When I start the car and turn on the high beams, they don't work at all. But for a few seconds, they work fine. When the car is parked and I turn on the high beams, everything is fine. What could be the problem?

I'm driving a 2013 Sunny with a manual transmission, high trim. The halogen lights really don't seem bright enough. I checked on Pinduoduo, but I'm hesitant to buy from there. Has anyone bought lights from there? Can any of you guys recommend something you've used? Driving at night is tough; oncoming high beams make it hard to see anything. 🙈 Can you recommend some good combined high/low beam lights?
