Is it normal for the T8 to require manual regeneration every ten to twenty days after 10,000 kilometers of driving on low-speed, mountainous roads? After multiple regenerations, it fails and needs to be taken to the 4S shop for computer regeneration, and there's also a significant increase in the oil level. Can fellow car enthusiasts share their experiences?

For a 2011 Volkswagen Phaeton with 130,000 kilometers, experiencing issues with the key frequently failing to unlock the doors or the car not detecting the key inside, along with a loud engine noise, here's what you can do: 1. **Key Issues:** - **Battery Check:** Start by checking and replacing the battery in your key fob, as a weak battery can cause these problems. - **Signal Interference:** Ensure there is no electronic interference around you when using the key. Sometimes other devices can disrupt the signal. - **Reprogramming:** If the issue persists, consider having the key reprogrammed by a professional. 2. **Engine Noise:** - **Oil Level and Quality:** Check the engine oil level and quality. Low or dirty oil can increase engine noise. - **Regular Maintenance:** Ensure regular maintenance is performed, including oil changes and tune-ups, to keep the engine running smoothly. - **Inspect Components:** Have a mechanic inspect the engine components like the timing belt, exhaust system, and other parts that might contribute to the noise. Regular maintenance and addressing minor issues promptly can help maintain the car's performance and longevity.

The engine warning light came on after driving over 10,000 kilometers, right when it was time for maintenance. The service station checked and found the gas cap wasn't properly sealed, and they reset the computer. However, the yellow light came back on in less than half a month. The service station is too far away, and I don't have time to go there. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't drive for two days, and when I started the car today, I noticed the engine warning light was on. For the first ten minutes or so, pressing the accelerator only increased the RPM, and the speed stayed below 20. After driving for about ten minutes, when I pressed the accelerator, there was a humming noise, and the speed gradually picked up. However, the fuel consumption display kept changing even when the car was parked or just started and not moving (or maybe I hadn't noticed this before). Can anyone advise what's going on? Has anyone experienced this before?
