I've been driving a 3.2T pickup, and I just bought an SAIC Maxus T60 2.0T pickup. It often stalls. Is it a personal issue, or is the power too low?

My 2.8 often stalls too. I think it's an issue with the clutch kit, it's too stiff when I press it. The manufacturer should update the clutch assembly to fix it.

I've always said that the 2.0 diesel version feels underpowered, but some people don't believe me. Personally, I prefer the 2.5, 2.8, or 3.0 diesel versions. Even with the same torque and power, you can really feel the advantage of the larger engine displacement when towing or climbing hills. Just my opinion, don't take it the wrong way.

The 2.8T also often stalls.

The engine's low torque is insufficient, and the transmission ratio isn't quite suitable. The large air conditioning compressor takes up half a gear.

My 2.8t manual also often stalls. You've been using a manual for ten years, you're quite experienced.

Is it an automatic or manual transmission? If it's a manual and stalls at start-up, it's likely an operational issue. If it stalls while driving, it might be a vehicle problem!

Power insufficiency and handling issues.

If the car often stalls, it's likely an issue with the ignition system. Check if there's a problem with the fuel pump pressure. It's also possible that the vehicle's resistance is too high due to carrying too much load.
