What is the highway toll standard for Maxus pickup trucks? How does it differ from non-commercial passenger cars?

I've been driving a 3.2T pickup, and I just bought an SAIC Maxus T60 2.0T pickup. It often stalls. Is it a personal issue, or is the power too low?
