Why does the car beep three times when starting, like the sound when a door isn't closed properly?

Why won't the electric sliding door close properly? I have to press it with my hand to get it to lock.

The FJ keeps showing that the door is not closed. Pressing the lock button makes it beep continuously. Manually locking it works, but it still shows that the door is not closed.

Has anyone experienced issues with the radar not working? I recently noticed that when I turn on the radar, it beeps three times, and then there are no distance alerts. Is it broken?
