I've got a T-Roc 1.5T for about a year now, and did the first service at 4,000 km. The dealership said the second service is due either after a year or at 10,000 km. Now it's at 11,000 km, and I'm feeling that the low-speed acceleration isn't smooth. Should I just go and change the oil outside? The dealership mentioned that 10,000 km is too long.

Does the 2013 Volkswagen Touran with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission need a transmission oil change? At how many kilometers should it be changed? It's been eight years and 80,000 kilometers, always serviced at the dealership. The dealership has changed the brake fluid, spark plugs, and coolant but hasn't mentioned changing the transmission oil.
I last changed the oil in August last year and have driven less than 10,000 kilometers since then. Do I need to change the oil now, and what's a good type to use?
Hello everyone, I want to ask, my car is 3 years old now and there's a strange noise coming from the steering. The air conditioning isn't working well either. Are these common issues?
4How is the quality of Subaru cars? Years ago, I was impressed by a comment from a netizen: "My uncle's Subaru Forester is either at the repair shop or on the way to the repair shop" [cover face]. Of course, many years ago, my uncle also mentioned that the mechanics at their workplace highly recommended the Subaru XV as an excellent car. Now I'm interested in the Subaru Ascent and I'm quite satisfied with it in various aspects (previously had reservations about CVT). However, I'm still uncertain about the quality of the Subaru brand... If Subaru's reliability were like Toyota's, I would definitely go for it without hesitation... My second choice now is the RAV4 Hybrid AWD...
5Are the discounts significant now? I asked two different dealerships, and one offered an 8,000 discount, while the other offered a 10,000 discount. 🤔
6Do any of you RDX 2.0T owners add fuel cleaner every 10,000 km? The dealership strongly recommends it.

8I noticed occasional vibrations in my Murano at around 20,000 km, and the vibrations don't last long. When I went to the dealership for maintenance, they mentioned that they could replace the mid-section improvement part with a bracket for free. Has anyone had this replaced? How does it feel after the replacement?
9I did the first maintenance at 3,800 km in half a year, and now it's almost a year with only 6,500 km. The 4S shop notified me for maintenance again. Does everyone do maintenance every six months?
10How often should transmission fluid be changed? I bought my Outlander in July 2020, and it has been four years with only 10,000 kilometers driven. However, the dealership says it's time to change it due to the time elapsed, or else the warranty won't cover transmission issues. Has anyone here changed their transmission fluid? Did you use the mechanical circulation method or the gravity method? With just 10,000 kilometers, do I need to remove the oil pan for cleaning before changing?
